BBVA is seeking a Cybersecurity Auditor to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls and conduct penetration tests in their Ciudad de Mexico office. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in IT security auditing and possess knowledge in programming, ethical hacking, and relevant security standards

Job Summary

  • Evaluate the operational effectiveness and design of implemented security controls such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and access management.
  • Perform Penetration Testing (Pen Testing) and audit systems, networks, applications, and technological infrastructure to evaluate and identify any potential vulnerabilities.
  • Verify rigorous compliance with financial sector laws and regulations and security standards (such as ISO 27001).
