You will own the customer journey, create, drive, and continuously improve bespoke brand protection strategies, ensuring our services don't just meet—but exceed—client expectations.
You will work daily with Operations and Delivery teams to meet KPIs, and partner with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities and ensure seamless renewals.
