Job Summary

  • The Legal Manager will provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance across Acciona Energía Philippines’ operations, supporting commercial contracts, financing transactions, energy agreements, corporate governance, and M&A activities.
  • This position will report directly to the Head of Legal for Southeast Asia and will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliant, risk-aware decisions.
  • ACCIONA Energía is the biggest 100% renewable energy company with no fossil legacy in the world and is growing fast in Southeast Asia.
