Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 9-12 years consulting experience
  • Commercial Real Estate Strategy expertise
  • Portfolio Optimization and Location Strategy

  • Big 4 or specialized CRE consulting background

Nice-to-have

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Fluency in Dutch language
  • Experience with M&A related portfolio strategy
  • Cross-functional team collaboration skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
