The Site Director is responsible for end-to-end leadership of a high-volume, fast-paced distribution center, ensuring exceptional customer service through accurate, same-day/next-day order fulfillment while optimizing cost, speed, scalability, and safety.
This role drives operational excellence across people, processes, technology, and automation in an always-on fulfillment environment, including leading all fulfillment center operations and managing labor forecasting.
The Site Director will build and lead a high-performing leadership team, champion a strong safety culture, oversee performance and optimization of warehouse technologies, and own the site budget.
