Experienced (Level 3) Summary pay range: $102,850 - $139,150; Lead (Level 4) Summary pay range: $128,350 - $173,650; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and time away from work.
