Job Summary
Serve as the strategic compliance business partner and advisor to BeOne’s Global Research & Development (R&D) functions.
Oversee the Global R&D Compliance & Ethics Policy, relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all monitoring activities for Global R&D.
This role will report to the Head of Compliance, North America and LATAM, and Global Business Partner and be part of the Compliance Department.

Salary
Base: $193,300.00 - $253,300.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible to participate in annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness
