Job Summary

  • As a Reliability Engineer, you are optimizing site infrastructure and utility systems (HVAC, RO/DI, gases, etc.) through trend analysis and data-driven strategies to maximize reliability, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • You drive operational excellence by conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to resolve recurring issues, improve maintenance plans, and minimize equipment downtime and process bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience accepted
  • Knowledge of HVAC, utilities, electrical and energy management systems
  • Working knowledge of building automation / process control systems preferred
  • Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical industry and/or high-tech industry knowledge preferred
