Job Summary

  • This role is ideal for a systems-minded controls leader who can bridge customer requirements, proposal strategy, technical risk, product alignment, and execution readiness across the full project lifecycle.
  • You will serve as a key technical leader from solutioning through bid, sell, execute (project release), and learn, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into robust architecture, clear scope boundaries, well-defined interfaces, actionable cost and schedule inputs, and practical execution strategies.
  • The purpose of this role is to apply deep Gas Power Controls domain knowledge, along with global and regional customer and EPC experience, proactively and consistently to improve customer experience while reducing risk and expanding margin.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • 15 years’ experience in turbine controls, power plant controls and integration
  • Strong knowledge of integrated controls systems and interfaces
  • Demonstrated ability to identify interface risks, system dependencies, technology gaps, and operability impacts
  • Strong customer-facing communication and consultative problem-solving skills
  • Experience translating ambiguous or non-standard requirements into executable technical scope, cost, schedule, and clear mitigation strategies
  • Experience with technical governance, requirements traceability, disciplined engineering documentation, and residual risk communication
