Job Summary

  • Lead and scale Coveo’s global Professional Services and Support organization, driving world-class delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth aligned with corporate goals.
  • Define and execute a clear multi-year vision for Professional Services that aligns with Coveo’s corporate strategy, drives customer and partner success, and reinforces our customer-obsessed culture through meaningful onsite engagement.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing global PS leadership team including Directors, Managers, and Senior Solution Consultants; fostering accountability, growth, and alignment with Coveo’s values.
