Assist in the maintenance and support of EDB’s data products, working closely with divisions to leverage data for strategy formulation, policy implementation, and decision making.
Support the daily operations of the data platform, investigate and troubleshoot reported incidents, and document changes to existing setups.
Collaborate with the infrastructure team, support product managers in cloud transformation, and provide technical support and consultancy to business users.
