Job Summary

• The Assistant Construction Site Superintendent supports DECM‑Construction field operations by coordinating multi‑trade work, supervising onsite teams, and maintaining plan/spec compliance and CPM schedule control on capital, renovation, and major maintenance projects within the Construction Apprenticeship Program (CAP).
• The role provides hands‑on technical oversight, safety and quality control, and documentation across statewide job sites, including projects executed with force‑account labor.
