Responsible for direct supervision of two or more employees, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Manages residential homes/facilities as assigned, supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support Employees, and resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
