Job Summary
To plan, organize and manage daily maintenance and repair of customers’ vehicles, ensuring high quality of workmanship which meets the set standard of manufacturer’s and customers’ satisfaction.
Allocate the jobs based on the job cards received to the team to achieve maximum labour utilization and control and monitor work in progress at shop floor to ensure staff efficiency and productivity.
Evaluate and monitor performance of the subordinate against set standard, identify necessary training and follow up with Workshop Manager for delivery.
