Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Four or more years of experience in FBS collegiate player personnel
Proficiency with technology and tools used in recruiting
Two or more years of experience in Power 4 collegiate player personnel
Experience managing recruiting boards, roster models, or transfer portal evaluations
Familiarity with the recruiting platforms WarRoom
Experience planning and executing official/unofficial visits, camps, or recruiting events
