Leads a team of cost engineers/accountants performing internal budget control and cost forecasting, among other cost and schedule management functions.
Establishes resource, revenue and cost projections for projects in coordination with project teams and performs variance analysis.
Supports the Project Director in reviewing and finalizing the business plan and completes performance reviews for direct reports.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering or Commerce/Finance/Business or construction management or related field
15+ years of experience in construction/design projects
Thorough knowledge of industry, best practices and regulations
Experience with Project Controls / Management systems (Oracle PM, Primavera, PMIS etc.)
