  • Manage the elicitation and management of requirements across the system development lifecycle, providing guidance to clients and ensuring functionality is well-defined.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage ongoing contractual relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond to unresolved production support issues, participate in analysis and resolution, and ensure process/procedure changes occur through root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
