Manage the elicitation and management of requirements across the system development lifecycle, providing guidance to clients and ensuring functionality is well-defined.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage ongoing contractual relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.
Respond to unresolved production support issues, participate in analysis and resolution, and ensure process/procedure changes occur through root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
