The Customer Banking Specialist role involves supporting customers with enquiries, processing credit product applications, and completing Financial Health Checks to assess needs.
This role requires frequent travel across branches and working Monday to Friday 9.30am-4pm, with a focus on positively impacting customers’ financial wellbeing.
