Essential duties include assisting with transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, and preventing skin care issues through regular position changes.
The role requires maintaining a calm environment while reporting significant findings to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or Therapy Department.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with exercise and mobility
Perform range of motion exercises
Maintain skin integrity and prevent pressure sores
Complete detailed charting of care provided
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Serve in maintenance capacity during therapist absence
Experience with PCC software preferred
Key Requirements
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
