Workday is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Manager for their Business Technology PMO, focusing on driving strategic initiatives within the Federal technology portfolio. The ideal candidate should have extensive program management experience in the software as a service industry, specifically with Federal programs, and will play a pivotal role in aligning with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies

Job Summary

  • Lead the planning and execution of Workday’s most complex, cross-functional Federal programs, including FedRAMP authorizations, IL4/IL5 migrations, and sovereign cloud initiatives.
  • Serve as a key liaison and spokesperson for Business Technology in discussions with government auditors, agency partners, and external regulatory bodies.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $210,600 USD - $316,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $177,800 USD - $316,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
