Job Summary
Lead the integration of human factors engineering and usability strategies for medical devices, combination products, and healthcare technologies, ensuring products are safe, effective, and user-friendly.
Develop and implement global human factors strategies, conduct risk assessments aligned with ISO 14971, and plan/execute formative and summative usability studies.
Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, mentor junior staff, and participate in project planning and senior leadership meetings to shape the future of healthcare innovation.
