Job Summary
This role provides technical leadership for Track Systems scope, ensuring the integrated delivery, assurance, and governance of multidisciplinary design in line with HS2 contractual requirements.
Coordinate and monitor the performance and outputs of Designers and specialist design subcontractors/suppliers at Lot level, ensuring that design deliverables are compliant, integrated, buildable and aligned with route-wide technical principles.

Key Requirements
Chartered Civil Engineering / Rail Civil Engineer /Architect or equivalent
Master’s degree from an accredited institution
Extensive experience in major infrastructure projects
Senior design or engineering coordination roles
Strong track record in major rail programmes
Experience operating under NEC contracts
Leadership, decision-making, communication and stakeholder-management skills
