Key Requirements

  • 5+ years SOX audit experience
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, COSO, Sarbanes Oxley Act, and PCAOB Rules
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology, or related field
  • Public Accounting firm experience preferred
  • MBA or CPA certification preferred
