Job Summary

  • The Expert in Learning Applications will lead the global strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning technologies, with primary ownership of Cornerstone OnDemand CSOD and adjacent platforms LXP, content management, and analytics.
  • This role drives multi region programs from discovery through value realisation, modernises processes through automation and data, and ensures learning solutions are secure, scalable, and integrated with Schneider Digital architecture and HR ecosystems.
