Job Summary

  • The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • This position entails working from Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through Wednesday.
  • Be part of the team based out of Goregaon (East) and contribute to the foundation and culture of the firm’s growing operations in India.
