The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for employing 80/20 principles within their assigned geography to meet or exceed objectives and targets.
The RSM will build and maintain a deep understanding of the Marmon IEI value proposition and product offering, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Through expertise and persuasive skills, the RSM will foster strong client relationships, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
