Base: $260,000.00-$367,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, wellness programs, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced degree highly preferred
Minimum 10 years progressive experience in bio/pharmaceutical commercial operations
At least 5 years in leadership role
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial strategy and compliance
Experience with sales incentive compensation governance
