This role involves administrative, committee, personnel, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, care plan, and budget functions to support nursing services and resident care.
The position requires participation in facility surveys, quality assurance programs, and continuing education to maintain compliance with regulations and improve nursing service quality.

Key Requirements
Current active RN license
