Job Summary
Ensure the safe and efficient manufacture of high-quality chemical products that meet customer specifications while maintaining compliance with ISO procedures and safety regulations.
Identify and segregate non-conforming batches using the red-tagging process and utilize the DCAR system to report and address deviations and quality concerns.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Buckman Quality System (BSQ) guidelines to ensure safe operations and engage in continuous learning and adherence to documented procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
