  • This role is responsible for optimizing and improving the efficiency of each of the manufacturing processes, including Yield, Throughput, Productivity, Price of nonconformities and Cost of sales.

Key Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of managerial experience
  • 8-10 years of experience leading process engineering teams
  • RF experience

  • Black belt Lean/ 6 sigma certification
  • SPC/CPK/DOE expert
  • US Citizenship
