Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to develop new approaches for complex problems in medical device and battery manufacturing.
You will serve as a standard bearer for Quality by ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and contributing to the attainment of quality KPIs and 5 Sigma goals.
The role includes supervising up to 4 to 5 technicians, leading cross-functional projects, and providing mentorship to other engineers while occasionally traveling to multiple locations.
