Northampton Community College is seeking a Professional Clinical Student Supervisor in Nursing to oversee nursing students' clinical learning experiences. The role requires a licensed nurse with a relevant degree and clinical teaching experience to facilitate student learning and assess their clinical competencies
Job Summary
Operationalize the curriculum in a clinical environment (real or simulated) and report to the Director, Nursing Programs.
Assess and evaluate student's understanding and demonstration of applied learning in a clinical setting to determine if demonstrated knowledge meets published course outcomes.
Track the learning, competency, and clinical judgment of the nursing student throughout their assigned clinical learning experience and share that information with the student and course faculty.
