Base: $115,000.00 - $172,400.00; Bonus/Equity: Possible discretionary bonus and long term incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Aircraft maintenance management
  • Leadership of large maintenance teams
  • Secret security clearance
  • Travel up to 25% of time
  • Deployment readiness within 48-72 hours
  • USAF E-11A aircraft support

Nice-to-have

  • FAA certificated A&P
  • Experience with Bombardier BD-700 aircraft
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Special mission aircraft experience
  • Military and commercial aircraft expertise

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years Transport/Airlift maintenance management
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
  • US Passport eligibility
  • Compliance with DoD medical and deployment requirements
  • Experience leading 20+ personnel maintenance organizations
  • Ability to obtain Northrop Grumman Corporate Travel Card
