Job Summary

  • The Director / AVP, Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global compensation, executive compensation, equity, and benefits strategies that support the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • This role oversees compensation benchmarking, salary structures, incentive programs, global benefits offerings, and compliance across multiple countries.
  • The successful candidate will lead total rewards initiatives, provide executive advisory support, strengthen governance and controls, support Compensation Committee and Board-related activities, and help evolve the Company’s global compensation, executive compensation, equity, and benefits programs.

Salary

Director: $144,694 - $175,614 - $208,183; AVP: $166,398 - $201,959 - $239,410; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary bonus and stock award; Benefits: Healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays
