  • Key outcomes include attracting new business, increasing retention of existing investment flows, sourcing and onboarding new Intermediaries, and achieving profitable annual sales volumes.
  • The role requires implementing a structured Intermediary support model, providing accurate investment and product information, and training Intermediaries to improve advice capability.
