The Senior Engineer, Digital Transformation enables the continuous evolution of the MedTech R&D product lifecycle and digital thread through the development of sector wide processes and digital platforms.
You will partner across R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver processes and scalable digital capabilities that improve speed, quality, and user experience.
This role provides technical and functional leadership across multiple platforms or capability areas, designing scalable, future ready solutions aligned to the digital thread and sector ecosystem.

Salary
Base: $109,000.00 - $174,800.00; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
