Must-have
PCB inspection and testing experience
ATP/ATR testing proficiency
Electronic schematic troubleshooting
Electrical and mechanical assembly skills
Environmental and thermal chamber testing
Nice-to-have
1+ year electronics manufacturing experience
Small or fast-paced production environment
Continuous improvement and 5S activities
Bilingual English/French capability
