Our Passenger Experience Assistants play a pivotal role in the day to day operating and presentation of our airport, ensuring exemplary passenger service standards are consistently met.
The role includes performing deep cleans of terminals and aircraft, managing waste, and supporting vulnerable passengers, while embodying the airport’s ‘One Team’ culture.
