  • Technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
  • Fire/life safety and mechanical systems expertise
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Adherence to emergency escalation procedures

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
  • Knowledge of energy management and sustainability programs

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED or technical training
  • 3+ years facilities operations and maintenance experience
  • 01, 07, or 06A Electrical license
  • Universal CFC's license or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Operating Engineer (BOC) or other applicable licenses
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
