Working knowledge of DevSecOps and SRE practices
Experience with CI/CD Pipeline
Incident response and service support
Automation of operational tasks
System monitoring and capacity planning

Key Requirements
7+ years experience on Windows/Linux Servers

Ability to provide production support 24/7 with rotational shifts
ITIL Process Knowledge
Professional qualification or equivalent
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or STEM (Desirable)
