Job Summary

  • The Early Career Program Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end management of the Analyst and Associate Early Career program experience, including but not limited to rotation management, training, performance reviews, compensation, promotion, and mobility.
  • This position is within the Citi International Early Careers Team which comprises talent acquisition and program management and sits within the Human Resources function.
  • This role is designated as Hybrid, offering the flexibility to work remotely and from our collaborative Mumbai or Chennai offices.
