Job Summary

  • The student will work on a grant funded project through the Department of Human Sciences, focusing on health and nutrition in PreK-12 local public schools.
  • The student will be responsible for assisting with data entry, transcribing, collecting and analyzing data, recording classroom activities, editing/uploading video onto YouTube or other social media, preparing training materials, planting, assisting with maintaining existing gardens, and other duties as needed.
  • The student should be willing to work both spring and fall semesters to accompany the faculty when visiting the schools regularly.
