  • The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment, individualized care plan, and direction from licensed nursing staff.
  • We are proud to be the first facility in Kern County to implement a Non-Invasive Ventilator Program and continue to lead with innovation, integrity, and compassionate care.
