Job Summary

  • The Gen Med BU SR Director, Medical Value & Outcomes Team leads a team of scientists to provide scientific information that drives and differentiates GMBU products and disease states to US payers and other large population-based decision-making organized customer groups.
  • This role ensures the team builds strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, advocacy groups, payors, PBMs, and other large PBDM OCGs, translating HEOR and clinical information into relevant scientific value-based discussions.
  • The position involves overseeing team development of Integrated Medical Plans, including Medical Communications and Publications, Health Outcomes and Advocacy for assigned products, and providing outcomes research leadership to various internal functions.
