Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years Business Analyst experience in financial services
  • Process mapping and BPMN workflow documentation
  • Stakeholder management across operations and technology teams

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
  • Strong bias toward action and challenging status quo
  • Experience with Appian workflow platform

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, MIS, or Computer Science
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Alternatives exposure (private equity, private debt) strongly preferred
