Businessolver is seeking a Client SaaS Implementation Lead for a remote position, responsible for guiding large-scale clients through the onboarding process, defining business requirements, and enhancing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in benefits administration SaaS implementation and strong communication skills

Job Summary

  • This role acts as the primary point of contact for a variety of large-scale clients during the discovery phase of a client’s onboarding experience.
  • Leads discovery sessions that result in detailed business requirements for clients.
  • Effectively communicates project expectations and progress to our clients, team members, and executive team in a timely and clear manner during discovery.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years proven experience in benefit administration SaaS implementation
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Health & Welfare benefits administration or Consulting, Client Onboarding or IT consulting, or benefits administration is a plus
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes
  • Experience leading multiple strategic, complex projects simultaneously
