Hartford Fire Insurance is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams in their Digital Enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and a background in software development, preferably within the insurance industry

Job Summary

  • Manage the execution of initiatives supporting Digital Enablement initiatives across our portfolio within the Customer Communications and/or Digital Solutions ART.
  • Educate and coach the team in Agile framework, ensuring adherence to Lean-Agile processes and The Hartford’s Enterprise Business Delivery Model.
  • Drive continuous improvement mindset and lead team maturity efforts, partnering with Product Owners, Product Managers, and other teams to manage dependencies and vendor integrations.
