Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Two-year Associate degree or apprenticeship
  • Three to five years industrial mechanic experience
  • Reading engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Precision alignment of shafts bearings gears
  • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and repairs
  • Lock out tag out and confined space safety

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with hoists cranes and lift trucks
  • Knowledge of hydraulic power transmission components
  • Willingness to work weekends overtime holidays
  • Basic computer skills and mathematics proficiency

Key Requirements

  • Two year Associate degree with three years experience
  • Completed apprenticeship program with high school diploma and five years experience
  • Must pass 3M employment testing
