Provide leadership for the field subcontracted services spend category across China and HMT, including new equipment elevator and escalator installation, modernization, service and repair, as well as other job site outsourced services.
Partner with EHS and field operations to establish robust field subcontractor performance management system that ensures visibility and compliance to corporate policy and local, regional, global regulations.
Develop and implement field subcontractor relationship management process to drive a competitive advantage through partnerships, collaboration, and ongoing development and training.
