Job Summary

• This exciting role will allow you to use your depth and breadth of experience to strategize and influence management as well as the business lines you support.
• The attorney in this position will work closely with a number of Capital One’s bankruptcy operations teams within the business lines, Compliance, and across the Legal Department to provide legal guidance, to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and bankruptcy laws and regulations, and manage litigation risk.

Key Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
• At least 3 years of experience as an attorney
• At least 3 years of experience with bankruptcy laws in financial services
